Don Pedro Dry Storage

Vehicles Require

Current and valid title, registration, and insurance
Homeowners/renters insurance accepted
Title must match the renter
Must be running

General Rules

No one can live in the stored vehicles at anytime
No mechanical work is allowed on stored vehicles at anytime

Payment Options

Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards are accepted
Visa, Master, Amex, and Discover cards

Billing

Rent due on the 1st of each month
Minimum one (1) month stay
Month-to-month rental
Monthly bills or statements are not sent
Payments received ten (10) days after the due date will be subject to a $20 late charge.
Checks dishonored and returned require the renter to pay the amount of the check in cash, plus a $25 service charge for each dishonored check
