Vehicles require:

• Current and valid title, registration and insurance
• Homeowners/renters insurance accepted
• Title must match renter
• Must be running

General rules:

• No-one can live in the stored vehicles at anytime
• No mechanical work is allowed on stored vehicles at anytime

Payment options:

• Cash, check and Credit Cards accepted
• Visa, Master, Amex and Discover cards

Billing:

• Rent due on the 1^st of each month
• Minimum one (1) month stay
• Month-to-month rental
• Monthly bills or statements are not sent
• Payments received ten (10) days after the due date will be subject to a $20 late charge.
• Checks dishonored and returned require the renter to pay the amount of the check in cash plus a $25 service charge for each dishonored check
